-To withdraw up to 0.2999BTC, you will need:
Email and Phone verified.
-To withdraw up to 5 BTC per day, you will need same as above along with:
1 ID and 1 Utility Bill verified.
Why was my withdrawal declined?
- Withdrawals are usually declined when the user does not meet the approved document requirements. I.e. If the user wishes to withdraw 5 BTC, but they don’t have a utility bill uploaded, they will be denied as a utility bill is a requirement.
