Why can’t I login?
There are a couple reasons why users might not be able to login which includes:
(i) Receiving Google Authenticator error - here you will need to submit a request to reset your Google OTP.
(ii) Device confirmation/ Email confirmation does not reach your email - here you need to submit a request to have your device/ email verified.
(iii) Your account might be suspended - If so, send us a ticket so we can help you understand and resolve your inquiry.
In each of these circumstances, you need to provide us with a picture of yourself holding up your passport next to your face and a transition hash that matches the hash in your account profile. This is to prevent any hacking malpractice
